SNOW

Post by grassy1 »

That’s the Forecast for anyone living about 500 metres above sea level in Melbourne.

That’s a result of a weather system that went through Perth, giving us a bleary old wintry wet, grey Monday with over half an inch of rain falling.

Now it’s sat up nicely entering Bass Straight, through the 2 Gulfs(SA),threatening to just about to go feral on Victoria. What about you guys in Tassie? How cold can it get?

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!😱

Yep,I saw that Windy.

Reckon half the country saw that too.

Unbelievable.

Sadly, the snow had some unforeseen tragic circumstances for 2 people.

A mother of 2,whose car was crushed by a falling tree didn’t survive.Don’t know if her son is out of the critical stage, but I hope he at least survives. It will harder when he hears from his Dad,what actually happened and why Mum isn’t around anymore.

A 68 year old skier, who died after he ran into a branch he didn’t see, possibly overhanging from a spot it wasn’t in before.

Pretty sad hearing that. :(
