Maygar Atom...Purple haze.
Hendrix..Purple haze

Hendrix...The wind cries mary.

I gave it back today...damn near did my head in...I loved it. Took me back some of those, and Hendrix sounds different played back to back with others doing the same tracks.

I was doing a nostalgia thing the other day and played five Stevie Ray Vaughan albums back to back. It brought back memories of seeing him at Festival Hall in the mid '80s.

Man, could he play guitar...another life tragically shortened :(

Yesterday I dug out my Roy Buchanan's Greatest Hits CD to play in the car....not a bad way to while away the time driving to and from work.

What's Lloyd Cole's music like these days Robbie?

I have a few albums from when he was with The Commotions and really enjoyed them when I saw them live but lost track of him over the years.

I havent actually purchased a new Lloyd Cole album for 20 years. I went and saw him last year when he toured, but he mainly played stuff off Rattlesnakes, Easy Pieces etc. He was still great.
