Inglis
Inglis
I have heard we are talking to Greg Inglis about changing codes.
I hope it is true. The man could be a superstar.
If players that come from Ireland can play in there 1st season I would think it would be no problem for Inglis.

Re: Inglis
Why not give it a try. Players are more like athletes than footballers now so he wouldn't have a hell of a lot of catching up to.

Re: Inglis
The guy is a freak and would be a better option than Billy Slater
THe only issue with League players is that they look stupid when they try to handball... It is not a skill that you can learn in 20 minutes
Mind you this might be a good thing in our team atm!

A bloke that big, that fast and that hard tackling could only be of benefit to our mosquito fleet of run with players. Bring it on...

I don't think we'll get anywhere near him.. He'll stay with league.

Apparently Longy is getting in his ear quite regularly... The height difference must be quite an obstacle for this to happen...Gimps wrote:I don't think we'll get anywhere near him.. He'll stay with league.

Slater would be retired before we get close to the top 4. I'd like Inglis though,as long as he stops beating up his girlfriend.
True and with his current girth, you wouldn't want to be on up on your toes too often.Doctor Fish wrote:Apparently Longy is getting in his ear quite regularly... Aaron Francis is the Messiah.

Will we get half of his salary from the AFL?

Re: Inglis
all this effort to get Inglis and had our coaching staff had half a brain we could have had Barlow for nothing, a guy who can actually play Aussie Rules
