Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

Could be the jolt we just needed.

Turn up and show your opponent no respect, means you lose games.

Let's not talk about premierships just yet, we were starting to get a bit ahead of ourselves.

Hopefully next week we'll turn up and be prepared to work hard instead of thinking it will just happen.

NO positives.

What fun is Carlton losing when you can't give a single person shit about it due to the absolutely f****** putrid performance your own team put in?

Agreed... I'm disappointed but before people start bagging the shit out of the team look at our record so far... No one would have predicted 8-2...

I might have actually, but I wouldn't have pencilled in a loss to Melbourne.

I have no problem with bagging the team after an "effort" like that.

We may have lost to Melbourne but they lost to Port by 54 points. Nine goals. I must confess it did take some of the pain away.

great to see Carlton lose to Port but it doesn't take any pain away from our game, cause it's exactly that "OUR GAME" it's up to us to win games and premierships

hope the positive from tonight comes in the form of decent footy over the next few weeks and beyond, we had been playing some average footy of late, since the WCE game to be honest barring some of the Richmond game

A bloke on my carriage (Jollimont to Eltham ) sang a loud rendition of "it's a grand old flag"

The only Melbourne supporter on a train of sad, mad, and angry Essendon supporters.

He got a standing ovation.

What does that say?

We are not Richmond supporters
We are not Collingwood supporters
We are not Carlton supporters

Are we soft-cock supporters?
My material isn't very good..Oh...and then there's the bladder problem.

The only positive was that I decided not to go to the footy last night. The heater felt fan-farken-tastic.

I didn't get to watch the game cause I have an exam on Tuesday...
We didn't play Buddy who outscored both teams combined scores (or came very damn close to it...)
It is first week of June and we don't have to panic (yet), but a few more of those will not help anything...
