Do tell. I think Champion Data is largely a pile of shit.mdso wrote:To answer your question about Ambrose's selection in best 18 - best you consult champion data, I was surprised too!!! Question answered.j-mac31 wrote:...

I've given up on Melksham, Gleeson & Steinberg. That's a start for me...

You can add Ambrose to this list, why oh why does he get a game each week. It's beyond me. Melksham hasn't played for 3 weeks, so I'm prepared to give him another week. But the other 3 ---- see you later.JP_40 wrote:I've given up on Melksham, Gleeson & Steinberg. That's a start for me...
Re: Bombers V Dogs
Oh yeah and Ambrose.
I'm willing to give more to time to Browne although he was very poor today. I'll keep you posted on who else I think as the year goes on...
Who's going to Sydney next week? Just me? we might win...

Re: Bombers V Dogs
I was planning on taking my 7yr son if he get's over this damn virus he has right now...
He will get to see a young, enthusiastic and skilful team play football...as well as Essendon...
I am a loyal bomber supporter, but maybe next week (after what we have served up for most of this year) I may just change allegiances for my son's sanity...

Re: Bombers V Dogs
I actually thought we were okay for the first 20 minutes or so, but (as per usual) failed to convert our chances.
I said at quarter time "next goal wins" - if we get it, then we are 2 pts up and right in the game, but if they get it they are 2 goals to none up and we will probably lose heart. I hate it when I am right. Sure enough, they kicked the next goal and we dropped our bundle. We were an absolute embarrassment from then on.

Steinberg should be dropped and never play again. He isn't up to it. Gwilt is twice the player.robrulz5 wrote:Was quite predictable that Steinberg's opponent regardless of who it was kicks goals. I think he will be given the rest of the year to see if he shows anything at all and then will be delisted.

Re: Bombers V Dogs
Cues in rack, Hirds going to play through the whole list so we can have a decent clean out at year end?

Haha gladly. Not sure why there'd be an issue...Gimps wrote:I've heard Robbie is going. You should catch up..JP_40 wrote:Oh yeah and Ambrose.

MDSO is apparently going to tell us something from Champion Data as to why Ambrose gets picked.JP_40 wrote:Oh yeah and Ambrose.

After reading those stats so do I. We know you can make stats say whatever you want them to say and say nothing. Someone posted them on BB and he was in our top three players.j-mac31 wrote:Do tell.
