Kiddies day our way,with a 6 year old Neohew and nearly 1 niece being spoilt rotten and getting all the prezzies.

I guess getting my Bung leg better is my Christmas and hopefully keeping it that way,Post New Year's Present.

Mrs, in-law and kids in Philippines so I had Christmas lunch at the club with folks and peace and quiet spent watching Star Wars

Unfortunately Mrs had to go to hospital for bad gastro

Family day in Bundoora - 19 of us at the table with a couple 0f waifs and strays from NZ and USA.

Me and three hungover kids (who think that they are grown up) drove to Ballarat to catch up with their Grandparents and extended famiy. Annoyed that none of them were in a shape to drive legally (just as well as the police blocked the Melton Highway for Breathalyzers).

I got my revenge tho - played the CD 30 Nashville Harmonica Classics all the way up... and a guy playing Woks on the way back ... geez I'm an utter bastard.

I volunteered to be a helper on a Christmas Lunch. IOt been going for six year and is put together by the Life Baptist Church for people on their own and the homeless. I thought there were going to be about a 100 people, I believe the figure was over two hundred. I am not a Bappy but the nevertheless, it was a rewarding experience and has taken me two days to get over it. I slept for most of that time, totally rooted. And put my name down again for next year.

We ran a sausage sizzle at our ‘Walk Against Family Violence’ day with the local Rotary Club. Was supposed to be a gold coin donation, but by miscommunication, all the sausages were given out for free. Some of the locals came around about a dozen times to get their sausage in bread. I watched them eat every single one. f*** some people can be human garbage disposal units
