Rugby 7’s in Sydney

Post by Crazyman »

Got freebies for today.
Great atmosphere all day. A heap of fun.
Saffers stuffed up against Aussies (memories of Herschelle Gibbs 😂).

They were in possession from the scrum, final siren already gone. Aussies needed to win by 5 to jump them into the finals, but only led by 3.

Saffers went for the win one man down. Win the scrum, but turned it over. Aussies score to take lead out to 8 after the final siren...

Interesting! Not a Rectangular Stadium in the true sense.

Has the State Government laid 1 wrecking ball on SFS yet?Answering my own question sorry mate,Reckon Fitz(Peter FitzSimons)would have fired off an opinion piece in Grannyherald, the second SFS was touched.

I think thier doing the soft demolition (gutting the insides) at the moment.

I think Spotless used because of crowd sizes and also can make field a bit narrower than normal...
