Take Myers and make it a one way ticket so Freeo can pick him up...

Bring in in-season trading...

Is Hurley ok to play or will Crow put him on a cautionary rehab program of 8 weeks.

Depending on VFL form, I would bring in;

Begley, Mynott, Clarke D. Daniher to come back in.

Outs would include. Zaka , Ham, Myers and Clarke Z

On notice to perform....or face the drop the week after, Walla, Guelfi

D6

Ambrose. Hooker. Ridley
McGrath. Francis. Saad

M6

Bellchambers, Shiel, Heppell,
Merrett, McKenna, Parish

F6

Stringer, Hurley, Begley
Fantasia, Daniher, Walla

I/C. Guelfi, Clarke D, Mynott, Redman

I'd drop Guelfi anyway (14 touches at 42% accuracy/efficiency).

On warnings would include Stringer (also had a shocker with 8 touches at 37% accuracy ie 1 goal and 2 behinds)... no, he had a shocker... more baggage than package on Friday.

Bit harsh on Stringer. First poor game from him this year.

Others have been much poorer and consistently...

Great, looks like the passenger train that is the Bombers will cop Freo on the rebound next week. We are the perfect tonic to fire up a non performing team. Gotta love the Benevolent Bombers....bless them.

Bad for us if Fyfe is out. Our lot will get to the ground thinking win in the bag and get pantsed by 10+ goals...

After losing, they’ll be all chummy and giggling like girls knowing they have ‘one more week in the seniors’ while a kid with less than 20 games that busted his arse off will get dropped so he can ‘develop’, Worsfold will trot out his usual blank stare AFL driven media drivel...

Colyer will have a Dangerfield like game - 30 disposals, 7 tackles, 8 clearances and 4 goals

If they lose, they should be made aware of the Severe Consequences of losing such a game badly, like Brazil would be in,just finishing 2nd in the World Cup.

Harsh am I?Ok,just watch World’s Greatest Managers in Bill Shankly,on the privilege of playing for your Supporters, people and Club.

He also doesn’t think too highly of those who don’t put in.Put someone in the Boss’s job with that attitude and we’re off to a better start for the future.

If Worsfold has Shanks’ mindset, that’s great. But obviously not enough!

He should be Cracking the Whips at Training this week,Big Time!Warning ALL the players, they are ON NOTICE to PERFORM or they are OUT!

And if The Coach doesn’t DRUM that into them TIME AND AGAIN,then he is OUT!

Both Fyfe & Ablett were deemed insufficient force.
Both were complete accidents which had no effect on the results. The umpires used common sense in telling both players “please don’t do that again today” which was sufficient for Gil.

True
Why bother?
Ump already chose not to pay the free.
AFL already said they were OK with that.
MRO already decided not to issue a penalty - even though "goal post shaking" is specifically mentioned in the list of offences to give a penalty for!
So please explain gives them another opportunity to say It was fine!
Maybe there's some award out there that they're trying to win, for the most times you can dud your supporter base over just one incident.z
Oh wait, maybe they can give Please explains to Stringer and Hooker for trying to influence an umpire by pointing out Rampe was up the post!!!!
OK, now I'm really getting off-track, but I might use that as a new expression. Instead of saying someone is up the creek, I'll say they're up the post :)
