Did anyone notice that the Eagles made 6 changes after their humiliation against Sydney before playing us? If you don’t send a message to the team after games like that and the one we put in against West Coast then when do you send it?

Given the short break for the VFL team, why didn’t they rest more players? They could have made squad changes for the VFL team in order to have a good choice of players ready to step up against GWS particularly on the back of the performance against the Eagles the previous Thursday.

Here is the discussion in the coaching box?

“Harves, Skip, POP, Truck....listen we were shit against the Eagles and I really think it’s time we sent a clear message to the Cuddle Kids and make a few changes”

“Yeah..nah..we agree Woosh. How many changes are you thinking?”

“Hell, at least one. That effort was embarrassing.”

“Geez Woosha, that may be a bit Harsh. But okay, let’s rest Marty for a half in the VFL and add even more defenders to our backlnie because after all, our forwards are on fire”

“Good, good...I like it. But what if Francis kicks a bag, shouldn’t we at least consider him for the forward line? After all, Walla and Fanta are shit and Browny and Smack are borderline culpable as forwards? Maybe Francis in?”

Its enough to make you pull your hair out. I swear.

Something tells me (not sure if it’s serious, or if it’s just a vibe, or whether insanity is creeping in) that we will win by 12 points. It’s a specific vibe, so it could be a premonition. Could I be psychic? Or psycho?

Probably the latter, but with this schizophrenic team anything could happen...

The Media Tipsters have gone 16-0 in favour of GWS. Smart call. Frankly if we win this it simply proves what a pack of charlatans this team has become.

The TV channels should be required to put up a content warning before Essendon games.

This umpiring is f*****

Crap free costing the clarke goal.

No free when a GWS player held uses his fingers to let the ball go and knock on

Free against Rama when he was held

Shit

Francis needs to play every week.

Langford should not play again.

Rule of the week.

No frees in the Essendon forward 50... At least 5 discounted so far

Plenty of effort but unfortunately so far our flashes of brilliance are equally matched by flashes of wasteful stupidity. Signs are good though
