Opening stand between Finch and Warner made the difference in the end.Well done fellas! =D> =D> =D>
The difference in the end was the Pakis fielding! Absolutely atrocious. Dropped catches and midfields that would be common place at beach cricket while having a can of beer in one hand and a sanga in the other

Yes,that too.

They would have better off hiring old Butterteeth, the NCBCA wonderdog.

Even if the Cricket mad mutt spilt many on the sand(which got him his reputation),he would have whipped that ball into the wicketkeepe, quicksmart.Albeit a little soggier.

I thought of old Butterteeth yesterday and wondered if Paul Rigby’s tribute to him and the North Cottesloe Beach Cricket Association, still adorned the walls of the Bars of the OBH!

4 Wins 1 Loss before we take on the Poms Friday Night.

Whoever’s playing the Friday Night AFL Fixture, good luck getting any attention.

Well done last night Aussies, particularly Finch,Smith,Maxie and Starc.

Missed most of Maxie’s Innings Rock,as the office had closed and I had to go home. But he had to hold up an end, whilst wickets were falling around him and got the Final score to 334 in the end.

Pretty damn good. Typical Maxwell innings - clean hitting, picking vacant spots around the ground. I think he scored his runs off 25 balls 👍🏼

Match 7

AUS 7/285 off 50 overs (A. Finch 100, D. Warner 54, C. Woakes 2-46) defeated ENG 221 off 44.4 overs (B. Stokes 89, J. Behrendorff 5-44, M. Starc 4-43)

Aaron Finch and David Warner =D> =D> =D>

Jason Behrendorff and Mitchell Starc =D> =D> =D>

Our commentary in this coverage is abysmal. FFS clowns, when someone makes a hundred, applaud it. Don’t try and make it sound like it’s a shit thing that he got out straight away. Pathetic and idiotic. He’s hit 15 ODI hundreds. That’s twice as many as you got Clarkey. And 14 more than you Tubby

Great innings Finchy!

Heh,heh!

I just wonder how Fleet Street’s coping with home team’s ordinary form and the possibility they might just miss the Semi’s?!

Match 8

AUS 9/243 off 50 overs (U. Khawaja 88, A. Carey 71, T. Boult 4-51 inc hat-trick, J. Neesham 2-28, L. Ferguson 2-49) defeated NZ 157 off 43.4 overs (K. Williamson 40, M. Starc 5-26, J. Behrendorff 2-31)

Big win!

Trent Boult got a hat-trick in the last over of our batting innings to given them momentum in the match. But then Mitchell Starc had other ideas (as well as Behrendorff)

If they wanted Handscomb in the squad, all they had to do was drop Marsh, they didn't have to break his arm.

With the 1st Semi being held up at Old Trafford due to rain,9 are treating us to a replay of the 2003 Final, where Ricky Ponting hammered India all around The Wanderers Stadium for a brilliant unbeaten 140.Ably assisted by Damien Martyn with a very good 88 not out, after Gilly and Haydos started off with a Century opening partnership!

Richie’sRip)there with his Marvellous commentary,as is Tubs and Michael, but the rest of the boys appeared to stay home.

India batting now, with Tendulkar gone for 4.Sehwag got caught early, but guess who No Balled,Benny? 8)

Enjoy.

Shitfull.

But we have a score on the board. Need to bowl like beasts. Early wickets needed.
