Err, Lovett-Murray if he played yesterday has played one game since being injured. He should not come in.
Likewise Lovett, although he hasn't been out as long, so may be fitter, but I'd say no.
Stanton in. Rama in? Johns was good yesterday apparently and has been playing down back so maybe he will come in to let Ryder ruck. but will end up playing forward

Aaron Francis is the Messiah.

rama playing(and it might not be the best decision considering how long he has been out) would mean being elevated from rookie list.tonysoprano wrote:Have I missed something? How does Rama play off the rookie list? Has someone gone onto long term injury list?BenDoolan wrote:Out: Hille, Monfries, Heffernan

to do so, essendon has to put someone on the long term injury list, and do all of this by thursday.(according to the papers).
the only player the dons might put on the long term injury list apparently is jay neagle.
To be honest, Monfries has had 12 chances this year, and really has been low of form in most of them. Time for a break, and get some decent ball use at Bendigo.Gatsid wrote:Yep according to another article Neagle is already on the LTI list. I don't want to see Johns come in though, how about giving hislop a run or monfries one more chance.
As for Johns, I believe it's a matter for covering for a tall option up forward because Hille is out. Otherwise, it may be Bradley.
if i had to put money on it I would say,
in bradly, stants, and Rama, for thoes outs already mentioned.
(wouldn't mind seeing johns in instead of bradley as I am curious to see what he is like down back now.)

Heffernan (no need for him anymore).
In: Stanton (Missed him agaist Port)
Lovett (Pace and good skill)
Johns (Fill in for the missing tall in Hille).
lovett didn't even play for bendigo on the weekend, so is most likely still injured, and Johns will have to be in question as he injured his shoulder on the weekend (no idea how bad)

Well in that case, chuck in Houli for Lovett, Keep Monfries in if Johns is injured.ZRS wrote:Rama,Ramanama wrote:Out: Hille (Suspended)

Fro what I see, Melbourne's forward line isn't that tall in the first place. So why not just play with Michael and Fletcher as our talls, and interchagne Laycok and Ryder in the ruck? I mean, at least White will then have to be accountable or Ryder will kick a few goals pushing forward.
I can see Stants coming back, but think Dempsy, Lovet and L-Murray need to string a few games together in the two's.
