My boss , a Geelong supporter, has given me 50 points in!!
Is he crazy, or are they gonna smash us??
I took the bet $100.00.
Surely, we're not that bad at the minute are we, even without Matty Boy.
What do you think, money in the bank??

Your boss is a dolt. He could've laid against Essendon at the same odds he gave you by having us 24 points in with most bookies.
Be sure to point out that fact to him if we lose by somewhere between 24-50 points.

He'll lose, you'll win, but he'll call it a bonus.

So it's a draw! He needed to win by 51 points.

In my book Scott wins the bet. His boss "gave" him the 50 points in, therefore said 50 belonged to Scott. For his boss to win, the margin had to 51+.

for $100 if i was his boss id call it breaking even so everyone keeps their money, but since it's a friendly bet i can't see Scott making him pay up

Your right Jazz, I won't make him pay up. I think to say 50 points was a gutsy call, and he got it right. So I'll call it even.
But on the way out of work last night he said that Geelong would kick 25 goals, he was so sure he said that we'll have a side bet, a slab.
That I will make him pay though!
