Ipods/MP3 players

Post by BERT »

Who here has one? I got a Ipod a couple of months ago and I can't believe I ever did without one. I love it. Great for when you are on a plane of in the car. Going to make my next drive to Melbourne easy.

I still can't believe you can fit all that music into something so small.

I don't. I only wish my finances could stretch that far. I'd love to get one eventually though; as soon as I can find someone stupid enough to actually want to employ me. :P

I bought a cheap JNC 20gb player. Has been fantastic, especially for recording interviews that I have done. Doesn't look fancy, and screen is average, but I only want it to play music and use for storage. Doesn't need to look flashy. Was only $200 at the time, with the 20gb Ipods at $350+.

I remember reading that Microsoft were releasing their own range of "ipods' either late this year or early next year.

They're supposed to be kick-arse. More memory, longer battery life etc, and cheaper, too.

At the moment, I just use my phone. Apart from gym, I don't have much of a need for portable moosic.
