Sheedy and Hird Commemorative Magazine
Sheedy and Hird Commemorative Magazine
I've just seen it advertised on bomberland and thought it might be good to get as it's only $10. Went to the "checkout" only to discover the farken postage is $10 as well. What a rip off.
Hopefully it's on sale at the club and I can get my sister to buy it for me (or maybe they'll sell it at the game in round 22)
If neither option is available, I suppose I'll just have to pay the damn postage as well but it will piss me off

Buy 3-4, keep it under the 2 kg limit and postage is still $10.swoodley wrote:I've just seen it advertised on bomberland and thought it might be good to get as it's only $10. Went to the "checkout" only to discover the farken postage is $10 as well. What a rip off.

Of course, this is simpler if you can get 3-4 together that are interested.
Good point, however I might take quite a few snaps myself on Sunday and slip them in after the last chapter.Staggy wrote:Surely the magazine will be somewhat incomplete without a record / pictures of their last game in Melb / last game ever?

Unfortunately, it all finds it's way back to the big T somehow. Seems they've got at least a finger in every pot.
Maybe someone's done some good Photoshopping and made it happen.Staggy wrote:Surely the magazine will be somewhat incomplete without a record / pictures of their last game in Melb / last game ever?
I'll get it, but you're right Staggy, it does seem incomplete without that.
Has anyone seen one of these mags yet?bombers_rock wrote:Jazz_84 wrote:HAHA, quality!!dingus wrote: I would rather buy broadband from Telstra.

Maybe postage won't be until September sometime? If so, then it just might include the whole package.
It would seem now is a better time to market the thing whilst web traffic is higher.
From todays MCC e-letter:
A special tribute magazine - Sheedy and Hird: Essendon Legends - celebrating the careers of Sheedy and Hird will be available from AFL Record sellers at Gate 2 for $10.
Save on the postage.
edit: Unfortunately for me I ordered 3 copies last night.

I wonder if it will be on sale here in Perth next week?F111 wrote:From todays MCC e-letter:
