Eagles took Selwood one pick before us.
The amount of time it took for us to decide with our second pick suggests that we were going to take him Selwood if West Coast didn't take him.
And we get:
Tayte Pears:
East Perth, WA, Tall defender, March 24 1990, 190.1cm, 91.8kg
Bio: Composed and disciplined tall defender who is renowned for his good decision making and excellent use of the ball. Recorded an outstanding 2.92 seconds for the 20m sprint – placing him in the top 10 per cent of players at the 2007 NAB AFL Draft Camp.

Tom Collier and Alex Rance went very late. We were one pick away from Scott Selwood, which I'm sure Boncer won't be happy about!!

Knights: one of our major deficiencies that is that we don't have a tall, running defender off half back.
Myers = a tall, running defender off half back.
It's going to take me a while getting used to having a coach who actually follows through on what he says.

Ex Whitefriars boy Andy Otten goes to Adelaide. Another Friars boy joining the AFL ranks!
Well done Andy.

I'm guessing we take Daniher at #39. I have one of those psychic feelings, like on Psychic Detectives .

Justin Westhoff's relation Matthew just picked up by Port Adelaide. No one really knows much about him, could be another big bolter by Port Adelaide.

We've taken backmen with our first 3 picks - makes you think our midfield doesnt need any work.......

It was a joke you dolt. I wouldn't have a clue who we'll be taking at #55 and whether we'll even be using #71.

You are the fool who can't recognise a joke.
